The kids have adopted a new pet. Greedy little guy––after snarfing our lunch crumbs, he ate some walnuts and a wheat bun. Erik said the very same squirrel bravely follows him when he's out mowing.
Aw, he is quite a cutie - and so brave! Goodness! I once had a squirrel take a cookie right out of my hand as I was reached out to give it to him - at Military Park downtown - it was crazy.
He is so freaking cute. Unsalted peanuts are a good food-bribe, if you want him to hang out by the house. Your fair pics were great, btw, and the sheep shirts were funny. I wish I'd thought of that back when I was in 4-H. Live and learn. Haven't been back to the fair since I got stepped on by a goat... maybe I'll give it another go.
